Behind the scenes of the SS12 photo shoots

Organising and doing a photo shoot is very hard work but it’s also a lot of fun, I try to make the day go by by playing some music, (Blondie was the one that got everyone going this time!) having lots of yummy treats (models, amazingly do eat!) and just generally trying to keep the mood upbeat by dancing around, singing or cracking bad jokes! Last Thursday and Friday’s shoots took place at Mycenae House in a leafy area of Greenwich. The building is actually an old convent which was purpose built in the 1930′s. It has lots of giant wooden floored rooms with huge sash windows perfect for photo shoots.

I have to personally thank Nargiz and Jenna my wonderful and beautiful models, Nicky the Photographer, Gemma the Make Up Artist and Hairstylist and last but by no means least – the amazing Clare of rainbowsandfairydust blog fame for helping me with the Styling!
